Secure Online Ordering:
Aqua Living Gifts offers a range of products to order online by simply clicking Add To Cart, and following the prompts through to make your purchase. All VIP customer’s will receive 10% off Orders.

All prices listed on the Online Store are quoted in Australian Dollars and Include GST.
We accept Mastercard, Visa and Eftpos as method of payment through our secure online payment system. We have a flat fee of $9.95 freight on all products, which will automatically appear in your cart before checkout, unless you have spent over $100 and qualified for free postage.
We will endeavor to have all listed products in stock at all times. Should you place an order on an item that is sold out or no longer available, we will contact you as soon as possible.
There can be an odd occasion where another customer purchases the same item as you at the same time either in-store or online, in the event that this occurs we will notify you as soon as possible and advise if we can order in the product for you, if we cannot fulfill the order we will issue a refund, or a store credit note immediately.
We charge a flat rate of $10 shipping to anywhere in Australia, we also offer free Shipping if you spend over $100 in one transaction; this is after any discounts have been applied.
If you require your order ASAP we can offer Express Potage for an additional cost of $5 which makes postage $15 in total. Just select the express postage option at checkout.
Additional Postage Costs:
Some of our Homewares and Wall Décor items are bulky and heavy and may therefore be excluded from the flat rate shipping cost of $9.95, if this is the case is will be clearly stated in the product description.
To purchase a bulky item please checkout as normal and we will then contact you with an additional invoice for shipping costs, or alternatively the item can be collected in store free of charge. Click and Collect:
Aqua Living Online Boutique offers a free Click and Collect Service from our Jetty Rd, Brighton Store. You will receive an email once your order is ready for collection and you can pick up within our business hours of 10am-5pm, 7 Days a week. Please note that you will need a copy of your order confirmation at pick up, either a screen shot or printout of the email will be acceptable.
We will endeavor to have your purchase ready for collection within 24 hours of ordering, if you need to collect sooner than this please contact the store on 08 8296 5460 within business hours and we will do our best to arrange this for you.
We will endeavor to dispatch your product within 24-48 hours of purchase. Orders placed over the weekend or on a public holiday will be sent out the next business day.
We use Australia Post Tracked Parcel Post for our online orders, but may use a courier for the bulkier items.
Once your order has been packed and posted, you will receive confirmation email with all shipping and tracking details.
Please double check that your postage address is correct at checkout, unfortunately we cannot take responsibility for delivery to an incorrect address if an incorrect address is supplied; and there may be additional costs for a re-delivery.
Refund & Change of Mind
We want our lovely customers to be happy with their purchase every time. If for some reason you are unhappy with your purchase please contact us at Sales@aqualivinggifts.com.auwithin 3 business days of receiving your order so we can help you out.
Damaged / Faulty Items:
If your item is damaged or faulty we are more than happy to provide a replacement if one is available, please contact us on email at Sales@aqualivinggifts.com.auwithin 3 business days to arrange this. The item will need to be sent or brought back to us in store for assessment before the replacement is sent to you.
Change of Mind:
Unfortunately we cannot offer a refund for change of mind on any product, but we will happily offer an online or in-store credit for you to use on another purchase within 3 Months. The item will need to be returned to us by post (at the customers charge) or dropped in store within 7 Days in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact, Aqua Living reserves the right to use our discretion if these conditions have not been met.
Please note that we do not offer a refund for incorrect sizing on Clothing or Jewellery products, please be sure of your size before placing your order. If you do want to change your size and we do have a different size available we will be happy to exchange this for you with the additional postage costs being your responsibility. If you are unsure on sizing and would like more information please call us on 0882965460 during business hours or email Sales@aqualivinggifts.com.auand we will gladly help you out.
Please be aware that we do often have limited sizing available and can quite quickly sell through on sizes, if this does occur we will do our best to order the correct size in for you and if we cannot secure the product we will issue a credit note to be used in-store or online within 3 months.
Please also note that we do not offer any Refund or Exchange on Earrings or Toe Rings due to Health and Safety Reasons.
If returning any product we recommend that you use a registered or tracked method of return delivery. Aqua Living will not be responsible for any returns that are not received.
Change of Mind, Exchange or Refund is excluded from any sale items unless they are deemed faulty.
